To BE or Not to BE

We are conditioned

To strive for more and that most definitely has its place when perspective is balanced and we are clear enough to desire that which will elevate us. But what about the concept of BEing… To just BE.

Now let me be clear

I am not talking about doing “nothing “ or working on something. I’m referring to the ability to let go of our reckless need to control, to have all the answers or dictate the outcome of a thing.

To be in full control of oneself is a work. For only you can bring your desires into submission. Practicing the answers you have been given correctly and consistently is the work of ages and the outcome of a thing requires more than one hand.

I am talking about

BEing fully present, watching Life unfold before you and BEing brave enough to listen to your Spirit (Forever Holy and Always Directing). The ability to find satisfaction in knowing your purpose is paramount (weather discovered or seeking) simply because you are still here.

As we define ourselves by collecting degrees, accolades, positions and posts let us remember our greatest accomplishment is to know thy self. For it allows us to BE as we are, wholly sufficient (even in our brokenness).

We may not

Always remember what wonder looks like, but there’s nothing like the awe of a child when taking in the beauty of the world; the reverence of a thing for solely existing, for BEing. Our job is to help multiply the beauty and make its reverence inevitable. For we shape the beauty of our world with our love, kindness and selflessness. For us to BE we must acknowledge that we are more than our accomplishments and shortcomings. We are more than our zip code or our intellect we are Spirit and our character will always determine the type of Human BEing we have decide to BE.

“…Meet anger with sympathy, contempt with compassion and cruelty with kindness. Greet grimaces with smiles. Forgive and forget about finding fault. Love is the weapon of the future.”

-Yehuda Berg

Is the best way to describe my current state of being. As we rapidly make...
A rose grows in November. In the midst of all that has transpired......
There is so much that can be said about this 2016 election and even more...
